Neem offers complimentary return shipping for items eligible for return in accordance with our customer Terms of Use (“Terms”), which we summarize here in this Return Policy.  Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy or in our Terms, and without prejudice to our or your rights under applicable law, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:

Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 28 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Markdowns and Final Sale: Products purchased at a discount, on markdown or on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.

Your Products must be returned in new and unused condition, the original packaging, including any boxes, tags, and other signature packaging materials. Neem reserves the right to not issue a refund for any return that does not meet these conditions. Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.

If you return or send to Neem any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms of Use (including, but not limited to items considered discounted or Final Sale), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from Neem in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from Neem, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s).

For orders within the United States, any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Neem monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders cancelled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Neem account or future orders being refused.

Late Returns

At the discretion of Neem, any Product returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Neem cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact us prior to placing your order.

Return Process

If you would like to return an eligible Product, please write to us at neem@neemcrafts.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the product is eligible for a return, you will receive a "Return Requested" email confirmation with a copy of the label and instructions. Simply affix the return label to the outside of the box. 

Please make sure that Fedex either scans your package in front of you to register your return pickup, or that you obtain a receipt from the courier if dropping the package off. Without a valid pickup or tender scan from Fedex, or a valid dropoff receipt, your return shipment is not valid.

Please note that Neem may not accept liability for any Products or other goods returned to us outside our own return labels.

Neem does not have a gift return policy at this time. Gifts are only refundable to the gift giver. To process a return, the gift giver is required to initiate the request.

This Return Policy does not apply to the extent of any conflict with applicable law, and if there is any conflict between this Return Policy and our Terms, or Terms govern.  Please see our Terms for more information on certain statutory rights we or you may have regarding returns.
